The Effect on Balance and Agility that Locked and Opened Hearing on Treadmill Exercise

Abstract
Purpose : The purpose of this study was find out the effect on balance ability and agility of treadmill on locked and opend hearing.

Methods : This study has 74 people, participate the experiment. Subjects were divided into two group, Which consist of of a group with an opend hearing(M:20, F:18), a group with Locked hearing(M:20, F:16). Balance ability assessment methods were balance master, agility assessment methods were dynavision 2000. Exercise methods included tread mill. First evaluated balance ability and agility , next walked in tread mill 30minutes. next re- evaluated balance ability And agility measured by balance master and dynavision 2000. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 version.
Results : The results of this study were as follows: 1. Analyzing the differences of balance among two groups, there was no statistically significant differences, two groups were progressed balance ability. 2. Analyzing the differences of agility , there was no statistically significant Difference among two groups. two groups were progressed agility.

Conclusion : Comparing the dynamic balance and static balance, there two groups were progressed balance ability. On agility was also progressed on locked group and opend group.
